Classroom Rules and Expectations
1. Arrive to class on time, in uniform & prepared to learn

*The door will be locked and shut at the sound of the bell at the beginning of each class for security reasons.
​
2. Respect yourself & others
​

No talking when someone else is talking- teacher, peers or guest.

Be kind and honest with your words and actions. Negative comments or inappropriate language will NOT be tolerated in the classroom.

Respect others’ property. Avoid touching or writing on anything that does not belong to you and keep your area neat.

3. Follow directions when given

4. Raise your hand and wait quietly to be called on
​
5. Remain Seated unless given permission
​
6. Cell Phones and any electronics/devices are prohibited in classroom
​
*Unless for educational purposes as instructed by teacher.
​
7. Food or drinks are prohibited in the classroom
* Except for water (must be in closed container).

8. Head ALL Papers at the top RIGHT corner

9. Follow school rules/policies at all times.

If above rules/expectations are not followed, the following consequences will be given:

Removal from class

*Serious offenses can, at the teacher’s discretion, result in more severe consequences regardless of previous steps taken. Any infraction of the rules may affect your learning readiness grade. It can also be cause for further action at the teacher’s discretion.
